Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases and requests made through the F.SKY Clothing website (fskyonline.com). By placing an order or submitting a request, you agree to these terms in full.

F.SKY Clothing is operated by Francis Sackey, based in Accra, Ghana. All garments are handmade to order in our Accra studio.

Every piece sold or produced by F.SKY Clothing is made to order. Nothing is held in stock. Production begins only after a 50% deposit is received and confirmed.

Standard production time is 5–14 business days from the date your deposit is confirmed. Complex or embellished garments may require additional time. Francis will communicate the specific timeline for your order via WhatsApp before production begins.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your item will be produced specifically for you within the stated production window.

Orders are placed via the F.SKY website. After submitting your order, Francis will contact you within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email to confirm the details, confirm your measurements if required, and request a 50% deposit to begin production.

Your order is not confirmed until Francis has contacted you and received the deposit. Submitting an order form on the website does not constitute a binding purchase.

F.SKY reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.

All prices are denominated in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Currency conversions shown on the website (USD, GBP, EUR) are estimates based on live exchange rates and are provided for reference only. The actual payment amount will be agreed in GHS via WhatsApp.

Prices shown are for the garment only and do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are quoted separately based on your location and chosen shipping method.

F.SKY reserves the right to update prices at any time. Prices confirmed via WhatsApp at the time of order are binding for that transaction.

A 50% deposit is required to begin production on all orders. The remaining 50% balance is due before dispatch or collection.

Accepted payment methods include Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo), bank transfer, and cash at the studio in Accra. International payment arrangements are agreed on a case-by-case basis via WhatsApp.

All payments are non-refundable once production has commenced, except in cases of a verified production fault by F.SKY.

Delivery timelines and costs depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimates shown at checkout are indicative — the exact cost will be confirmed via WhatsApp before payment.

Within Ghana: standard delivery via Bolt or Ghana Post (1–3 business days, GH₵ 0–80). Express via EMS (same day to 24 hours in Accra, GH₵ 80–150).

International: standard via EMS (7–14 business days, approximately GH₵ 170–220). Premium via DHL Express (3–5 business days, approximately GH₵ 430–560). Exact costs vary by destination and confirmed before dispatch.

F.SKY is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our control. All shipped orders include a tracking number.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges levied by your country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, F.SKY does not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a verified production fault.

If you receive a piece with a production fault (incorrect sizing, damaged fabric, or a defect attributable to our workmanship), contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographs. We will assess the issue and resolve it through alteration, remake, or refund at no cost to you.

Bespoke pieces produced to your provided measurements are not eligible for return or exchange if the sizing issue arises from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.

Ready-to-wear pieces from our store may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt if unworn and in original condition. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange.

All designs, images, content, and branding on the F.SKY Clothing website are the intellectual property of F.SKY Clothing and Francis Sackey. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission is prohibited.

Customer-submitted photos shared with us (e.g. for bespoke references or lookbook submissions) may be used in our marketing with the customer's consent.

Personal information submitted through our website (name, email, WhatsApp number, shipping address) is used solely to process and communicate about your order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Order data is transmitted to our automation system (n8n) which sends notifications to the F.SKY team. Your information is handled securely and retained only as long as necessary to fulfil your order.

F.SKY Clothing's liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or services.

We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs seizures, natural disasters, or communication failures.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from transactions with F.SKY Clothing will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
