Every F.SKY piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. When you place an order, production begins after your 50% deposit is confirmed. Typical production time is 5–14 business days depending on the garment and complexity.

For a fully custom piece, visit the Request page. Browse the curated gallery, select reference looks, and submit your details including fabric preference, measurements, and any notes. Francis will follow up via WhatsApp to finalise the design.

Absolutely. Describe your vision in the notes field on the Request page, or reach out directly on WhatsApp. We work from your references, sketches, or concept.

Yes. Select 'For Someone Else' on the request form and provide the recipient's measurements if known. We can gift-package the piece — just mention it in your notes.

All pieces are made to order. Standard production time is 5–14 business days. Simpler pieces (shirts, shorts) are usually ready within 5–7 business days. Complex garments (full senator sets, embroidered kaftans) may take up to 14 business days. Francis will give you a specific timeline when confirming your order.

Production begins after your 50% deposit is confirmed via WhatsApp. Once the piece is complete, Francis will notify you and request the remaining balance before dispatch.

Depending on current capacity, rush orders may be possible. Message Francis directly on WhatsApp to check availability and any additional fees that may apply.

Use our Size Guide to compare your body measurements against our charts. If you fall between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit. You can also leave your exact measurements in the notes at checkout and Francis will cut to those dimensions.

That's not a problem. Leave your chest, waist, and hip measurements in the notes field at checkout and the piece will be cut to fit you exactly — at no extra cost.

Yes. If you are in Accra, visit the studio for alterations. Contact us to schedule a fitting appointment.

No payment is taken at the time of ordering on the website. After Francis confirms your order via WhatsApp, you pay a 50% deposit to begin production. The remaining 50% is due before dispatch or collection.

Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo), bank transfer, and cash at the studio in Accra. For international orders, payment details are arranged via WhatsApp — options include international bank transfer and other methods agreed on a case-by-case basis.

All prices are based in Ghana Cedis (GHS). The website shows estimates in USD, GBP, and EUR based on live exchange rates to help international customers — the actual payment amount is agreed in GHS with Francis via WhatsApp.

Bolt Delivery covers Accra same-day to 24 hours. Ghana Post and EMS deliver nationwide in 2–7 business days. Delivery cost is GH₵ 0–80 depending on location, confirmed via WhatsApp before payment.

Yes. We ship worldwide via EMS (7–14 business days) and DHL Express (3–5 business days). Standard EMS shipping is approximately GH₵ 170–220 depending on destination. DHL Express is approximately GH₵ 430–560. Exact costs are confirmed via WhatsApp before payment.

Yes. At checkout, once you enter your shipping country, you'll see Standard and Premium shipping estimates and can select your preference. Francis will confirm the exact cost via WhatsApp.

Yes. All EMS and DHL shipments include a tracking number sent to your email or WhatsApp once dispatched.

Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import policies before ordering.

Yes. In-store collection is available from our studio in Accra. Mention this when placing your order or book an appointment via the Book page.

Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns except in the case of a production fault on our part. If there is an issue with your order, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
