When will my order be dispatched?
Ready-to-wear orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Bespoke orders are dispatched once your piece is completed — typical production time is 5–10 business days depending on the garment.
Do you ship outside Ghana?
Yes. We ship internationally via EMS and DHL. Shipping costs and timelines vary by destination — contact us on WhatsApp for a quote before placing your order.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. All orders shipped via EMS and DHL include a tracking number sent to your email or WhatsApp once dispatched. Bolt Delivery provides real-time tracking via the Bolt app.
Who covers customs and import duties?
For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import policies before ordering.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes. You are welcome to collect your order directly from our studio in Accra. Select in-store pickup when requesting or contact us to arrange a collection time.
